How you'll spend your time..
Lead redevelopment and ground-up development projects, including feasibility, design coordination, procurement, execution, and post-delivery snagging.Oversee façade renovations and ESG upgrades (energy efficiency, RE2020, tertiary decree compliance).Manage projects under VEFA, MOD, or AMO structures, ensuring alignment with investment, asset management, and ESG teams.Coordinate stakeholders (architects, engineers, consultants, legal advisors, authorities) and chair project/site meetings.Drive permitting processes, contractual negotiations, and compliance with technical, legal, and regulatory requirements.Monitor budgets, control costs, and produce clear project reporting for management and investors.Embed ESG targets throughout the project lifecycle, securing certifications (HQE, BREEAM, etc.), and promoting sustainable innovation.Guarantee delivery quality consistent with brand, operational, and environmental standards.To be successful in this role you will have..
Master’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or real estate.5–10 years of experience in real estate development or project management (MOD/AMO/developer), ideally including hospitality, façade refurbishment, or ESG-driven projects.Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to completion.Strong knowledge of French urban planning laws, permitting procedures, and construction regulations.Solid financial and technical expertise in cost control and capex budgeting.Skilled in project reporting, with experience in investor-grade documentation.Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with a collaborative and hands-on mindset.Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).About Columbia Threadneedle Investments
