Key Functions:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in forestry or related field or equivalent combination of work experience and education
Hands-on field experience in field forestry activities and field experience desirable
Basic forestry skills as well as knowledge of state, federal, safety, wildlife, water and forest practice rules/statues
Willingness to abide by established safety standards
Strong computer skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and use of hand-held data recorders
Excellent communication skills-both oral and written
Strong interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
Experience in project management and contract administration
Capability to prioritize work activities and assignments
Willingness and skills to support the work needs of the team outside your area of assigned responsibility
Good teaming skills including the ability and willingness to work in a diverse team environment
Excellent work ethic
Basic math skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $49,379-$73,998 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5%of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
