Development Manager
Insight Global is seeking a Development Manager for a non-profit client in Kentucky. This role will be fully remote, but candidates must be local to Louisville or Lexington and comfortable with occasional travel, as needed. The Development Manager will fundraise, develop, and steward corporate and individual relationships in the Kentucky market. The main responsibilities will be to identify new opportunities to grow portfolio engagement across all fundraising channels to increase revenue, including corporate partnerships, commercial co-ventures, special events, and individual giving. A successful candidate will manage and steward a portfolio of corporate and individual relationships, and work as a team player to drive growth to achieve our mission and revenue goals. This position is accountable for significant revenue targets, so the ideal candidate must have proven success in non-profit fundraising and development with exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

This role will be a contract position through June of 2026 with the potential to convert to FTE. The standard hours will be Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM EST- 7 hour work days.

All applicants must be available to attend the walk on October 19th + future events.

Responsibilities include:
-Supervise planning, execution, budgeting, and evaluation of assigned events, including but limited to golf tournaments, galas, and fundraising walks.
-Manage a fundraising portfolio and logistics for all events.
-Creating and executing fundraising strategies, work to grow additional revenue for the client.
-Serve as a member of the development team influencing and driving relationships and best practices to accomplish market and region financial goals.
-Accountable to develop and steward a portfolio of relationships to provide funding for the clients mission (sponsorship, campaigns, event teams, grants, donations, and other partnerships).
-Develop revenue projections and provide financial analysis.
-Oversee stewardship activities; ensure a high-touch response to partners and donors.
-Work with community volunteers to provide local event leadership, resources, and partnerships.
-Drive donor centric partnerships to support financial goals of market events, programs, and prioritized initiatives.
-Maintain event and third-party websites and support data management.
-Deliver high customer service to all constituents.
-Ensure compliance with all company policies, including employment, risk management, event and cash handling, and financial controls.
-Demonstrate integrity, collaboration, and stewardship.
-Other duties as assigned.
