About the Team:

Join Ingram Micro’s HPI team in a growth-focused role that drives strategic vendor relationships and partner success across a diverse account mix—from high-share to long-tail growth opportunities. This position blends autonomy with collaboration, requiring a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and can lead reseller engagement for HP’s portfolio (HP PSG / HP Poly / HP Print / HP RIS).

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage vendor relationships across assigned reseller accountsDrive YOY growth and improve market share across HP PSG, Poly, Print, and RIS categoriesExecute campaign-driven initiatives aligned with Xvantage metricsRepresent Ingram Micro at HP-sponsored events, reseller engagements, and customer visitsCollaborate closely with CER and DE teams to align strategies and maximize impactMaintain a proactive presence in the field while leveraging hybrid collaboration tools

Location & Work Model

Primary Location: Buffalo, NY preferred  or Field-based will be consideredWork Model: Hybrid if located near an office; otherwise Field-based

Compensation:

60/40 base/commission splitScaled, uncappedMetrics: YOY revenue growth, market share, campaign KPI’sTravel:  Travel is expected including reseller events and customer engagement visits. HP driven events that are coordinated with our marketing team are included.

Education/Experience: Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,300.00 - $114,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
