This role supports Takeda's mission by ensuring high standards of purity and quality in production processes. **_Key responsibilities_** : + Conducting and evaluating experiments with animal cell cultures (working with shake flasks, spinners, bioreactors, in-process measurements, filtrations, etc.) while maintaining time and quality standards. + Operating and monitoring complex technical systems, including bioreactors, process control systems, and analytical instruments. + Precise documentation of experiments and results according to Good Documentation Practice (GDP) guidelines in written and electronic form. + Compiling and maintaining experimental raw data. + Work in a team and take responsibility for higher-level tasks such as ordering consumables and equipment, or shipping materials and samples **_Key requirements:_** + MSc degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Chemistry) or B.Sc / Higher technical education with 2+ years of relevant experience + Hands-on experience in working with animal cell cultures, cell banking, bioreactors, or similar laboratory activities. + Good organization skills and attention to details + Very good MS-Office skills + Team work oriented mindset + Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written). + Willingness to work in a BSL-1 laboratory.
