The hardware team in Boeblingen develops the most powerful server systems in the world in an international work environment with our partner labs in USA, Israel and India.

Your Job: Hardware Verification
To strengthen our team, we are hiring development engineers for hardware verification (m/f/x) - starting as soon as possible. The HW verification team works on a wide range of tasks:
• Verify the logic design of next-gen IBM processors, ASICs, and systems before they’re built (pre-silicon).
• Use advanced simulation techniques to simulate and verify the designs of these custom microprocessor-based systems.
• Design and implement reference models, simulation drivers, generators
• Create environments and methodologies for simulating the VHDL input, as well as analysis and problem debug
• Collaborate closely with teams in logic design, research, firmware, and tools.
• Develop automation tools and improve our used methodology including DevOps workflow for our agile hardware development
• Measure and improve simulation coverage and verification quality.

**Required technical and professional expertise**
• A degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills, especially in C++ and Python.
• A solid understanding of computer architecture and digital design.
• Familiarity with VHDL or Verilog.
• Experience or interest in tools like GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
• Interested in improving machine learning, analytics and DevOps methods and applying them to our projects.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills in English.
• Willingness to learn German and grow in an international environment.
