The Division of Philanthropic Alumni Engagement (PAE) at the University of Pittsburgh is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships with donors, alumni, and stakeholders, supporting the University's mission in education, research, and healthcare. We invite you to become a pivotal part of our team as the Development Coordinator, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.

In this role, you will serve as the integral part within PAE's Health Sciences department, reporting to the Office Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintain and update donor databases with accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational policiesCoordinate and execute donor mailings, acknowledgments, and outreach materials to support fundraising and stewardship effortsPrepare comprehensive reports and analytics to assist gift officers and leadership in strategic fundraising activitiesEnsure adherence to donor recognition guidelines and practices across all development communications and materialsServe as the first point of contact for donor inquiries, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to excellent serviceCommunicate clearly and effectively with donors, colleagues, and stakeholders through written and verbal channelsIndependently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining organizational standardsExercise attention to detail and professionalism when handling sensitive donor data and supporting high-impact development operations
