Development Chemist Experienced

Preparation phase: Performing of orienting and preparatory tasks after deliberation with the supervisor/Ystrall company/ PPG Engineering team  in such a way that the project at hand is prepared almost autonomously. 

The execution phase of a development, maintenance or service activity (eg claims/complaints). Execution, in consultation with the supervisor of the tasks/deliverables related to the implementation/development of the AC Pix technology &NPD  at the laboratory level. It contributes to improvement in the areas of work methods and efficiency.

Completion phase of a development-, maintenance- or service-activity. Closing a development-, maintenance- or service-activity in such a way that the goals of the original request are met. Communication of results by means of concept report, internal presentations and formulation administration.

Formulating and introducing approved formulas and test cards for new or changed slurries/final products using AcPix technology and distribution via the usual channels.

Follows independently the industrial pilot batches with the process department.

Checking the progress of activities and adjusting these, where necessary adjusting the method to get the result.

Reporting and making recommendations that may result in improvements / cost reductions.

Establishing an action plan and naming the management aspects; executing the plan in collaboration with others.

Regularly proposing innovative ideas which affect the own or adjacent work environment.

Proactively acting on the need for change, making proposals, self-starting.

Solve problems through the application of knowledge of appropriate scientific, experimental, and statistical methods (i.e. DOE).

Working in compliance with QMS system and 5S- and EHS requirements.
