This role is focused on transitioning a legacy enterprise system to a cloud-based platform to improve performance, reliability, and security. As a member of the development team, you will collaborate in an Agile environment to support a full migration lifecycle, including code updates, data transformation, and QA testing support.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to migrate legacy CRM functionality to a cloud-based platformDevelop and update application components using scripting and modern configuration practicesResolve functional and compatibility issues identified during testingSupport data migration efforts and convert system reports using current standards and frameworksAssist with deployments, validations, and environment progression through development, testing, and production Qualifications and Requirements:At least 3 years of professional experience supporting CRM implementations or upgradesProficiency with cloud CRM platforms, scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript), and system configurationFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based task trackingAbility to provide accurate time estimates and complete work within sprint deadlinesExperience collaborating in cross-functional teams and resolving QA-reported issues Additional Requirements:Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.
