We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our team and help design and build intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our enterprise-level banking applications.

 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and experience creating scalable, secure, and efficient user interfaces for financial or enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and back-end developers to create high-quality web applications.

 • Develop responsive, high-performance, and scalable front-end components using modern frameworks and libraries.

• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups into interactive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Ensure a seamless user experience by implementing UI/UX best practices and principles. 

• Optimize application performance and cross-browser compatibility. 

• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve interfaces. 

• Maintain and improve existing UI components and frameworks.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

 • Adhere to enterprise-level security and accessibility standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• 3-5+ years of experience in front-end/UI development, preferably in enterprise or banking applications.

 • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

 • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git. 

• Experience with build tools like Webpack, npm, or Yarn.

• Understanding of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices and usability standards. 

• Familiarity with enterprise-level security and accessibility guidelines. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

 • Experience working in the banking or financial services domain.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

• Knowledge of cloud-based deployment (Azure) and CI/CD practices. 

• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

• Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration.
