Job Title: Power Apps Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Apps Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You will play a key role in designing scalable, user-friendly applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Model-Driven Power Apps solutions.

Translate complex business requirements into effective technical implementations.

Build and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.

Develop Canvas Apps, PCF components, and custom connectors.

Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly.

Create reusable components and promote development best practices.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users for solution delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Power Platform development.

Strong experience in Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Hands-on proficiency in PCF component development and custom connector integration.

Good understanding of .NET, and experience with C# or Python.

Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principles.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and convert business needs into technical solutions.

Good to Have:

Experience with solution packaging and deployment

Knowledge of Power Platform environment management

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-400, etc.)
