• Knowledge & working experience in Oracle VBCS

• Knowledge & working experience of Oracle Redwood design

• HTML, Java Script, CSS skills

• Good to have knowledge of Oracle SCM

• Good communication and presentations skills to manage users and stakeholders

• Excellent analytical & problem solving skills

• Flexibility in learning new technology & working hours (UK Shift)

• Must be able to conduct solution discussions with business and technical leads

• Work with Oracle on issues and bring them to closure when needed

• Ability to gauge and present business impact and mitigation plans for blockers/ issues
