Description: About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative AEM Content Author to join our digital team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, editing, and managing web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure that content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for performance and usability. Key

Responsibilities:

- Create, publish, and update content in AEM CMS across various web properties

- Manage digital assets, metadata, and tags within the AEM DAM (Digital Asset Manager) 

- Ensure consistency in branding across all web content

- Partner with UX/UI designers to bring layouts and page designs to life 

- Collaborate with SEO, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize content for performance

- Perform QA checks and troubleshoot formatting, display, or linking issues

- Stay current with AEM features and best practices 

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and DAM) 

- Strong understanding of CMS workflows, page authoring, and content modeling 

- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (no coding, but knowing what’s what helps!) 

- Experience working in agile or cross-functional environments

- Sharp attention to detail, with a passion for digital storytelling 

- Familiarity with SEO and web analytics is a plus 

Preferred Qualifications: - Adobe certification in AEM Sites or Assets is a big plus

- Experience with localization and global content publishing 

- Familiarity with other Adobe tools like Adobe Analytics or Target
