Developer III - Software Engineering

Role Proficiency:

Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 – Software Engineering

Outcomes:

     Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.      Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.      Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.      Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models      Mentor Developer 1 – Software Engineering and Developer 2 – Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles      Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system      Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation       Assists Lead 1 – Software Engineering on Technical design. Review activities and begin demonstrating Lead 1 capabilities in making technical decisions

Experience: 4–7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and skilled Fullstack Developer with a strong front-end focus on ReactJS and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will lead front-end development, drive the end-to-end implementation of user stories, and collaborate directly with clients to understand and refine requirements. While React expertise is a must, the candidate should also be comfortable working on .NET backend when needed. Key Responsibilities: Lead front-end development using ReactJS, ensuring high performance and responsive design. Analyze, implement, and deliver end-to-end features across the stack (.NET + React). Work directly with clients to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of user stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain technical quality and consistency. Take ownership of technical decisions and proactively resolve development blockers. Required Skills: Strong experience in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. Working knowledge of .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills; ability to interact with clients confidently and clearly. Experience in Agile Scrum methodology with a self-driven approach. Should be able to dig down on legacy code and finding out business logic Good to Have: Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
