Development and Customization:
Designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow SAM Pro functionalities, including license compliance, software discovery, and reconciliation processes.
Integration:
Building integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (e.g., discovery tools, purchasing systems, HR systems) to support comprehensive asset management.
Configuration:
Configuring and customizing ServiceNow SAM Pro to meet specific organizational needs, including publisher-specific packs and plugins.
Implementation:
Leading the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SAM Pro, including initial setup and configuration.
Maintenance and Support:
Maintaining and enhancing existing SAM Pro functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end-users.
Collaboration:
Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
