Job Title: Python Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Python Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our innovation-driven team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend development and DevOps, with commercial experience applying AI/ML models, particularly in generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, AI/ML, and web development.

Integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments, especially Generative AI use cases.

Build and manage backend services and APIs that interface with MongoDB and other data sources.

Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, and system design discussions.

Contribute to DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.

Required Skills

Python (3–5 years) – Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

DevOps – Experience with CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms, and deployment pipelines.

AI/ML – Solid understanding of machine learning workflows; practical implementation skills.

Generative AI – Ideally, hands-on experience productionizing generative AI models (e.g., text generation, image generation, transformers).

Web Development – Familiarity with front-end integration and full-stack delivery.

MongoDB – Experience designing and querying NoSQL databases.

Nice to Have

Experience working in Agile environments.

Familiarity with cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Contributions to open-source or public AI/ML projects.
