Job Title: STARLIMS Technical Consultant (4–7 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated STARLIMS Technical Consultant with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in STARLIMS development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in upgrade/migration projects, and the ability to manage tasks independently, including client interactions and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure STARLIMS modules including workflows, stock/inventory, instrument interfaces, report/form/label designers, scheduling, batch management, stability, and dashboards.

Lead and execute end-to-end STARLIMS upgrade and implementation projects.

Integrate external APIs and data sources; develop custom extensions and ETL solutions as needed.

Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, manage deliverables, and ensure project success.

Participate in validation, testing, deployment, and patch management processes in accordance with GxP and industry best practices.

Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including change management, incident response, and system support.

Document system designs, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills & Experience:

4 to 7 years of technical experience with STARLIMS development and configuration.

Strong experience in .NET technologies, STARLIMS Form Designer, and reporting tools.

Proven experience in at least one or two STARLIMS upgrade or implementation projects.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including coding, testing, deployment, and patch preparation.

Familiarity with GxP regulations and validation processes.

Solid understanding of Pharma and/or Oil & Gas domain requirements.

Working knowledge of ITIL framework and support models.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in client-facing roles and managing project delivery.

Experience in creating technical documentation and training end users.

Exposure to automated testing and continuous integration/deployment tools.
