Key Responsibilities

·       Develop high-quality, error-free code independently, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

·       Participate in user story refinement meetings to ensure clear understanding and proper decomposition of requirements.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, design, document, and implement robust software solutions.

·       Lead design and development of complex features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

·       Conduct thorough unit testing, create comprehensive test cases, and execute test scenarios to validate code quality.

·       Perform defect Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective mitigation strategies.

·       Estimate time, effort, and resource dependencies for individual and team tasks.

·       Mentor Developer 1 and Developer 2, providing guidance on coding practices, process adherence, and technical skills development.

·       Proactively identify issues, defects, and flaws in module or requirement implementations, and propose effective solutions.

·       Assist Lead 1 – Software Engineering in technical design activities, demonstrating leadership capabilities in making technical decisions.

·       Contribute to the development and maintenance of project-related documentation, including technical designs, user manuals, and release notes.

·       Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality by identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and agile delivery models.

·       Report status of assigned tasks, complying with project-related reporting standards and processes.

·       Execute release processes, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment of software updates.

 

 Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

·       3+ years of proven experience as a Software Developer with expertise in back-end technologies (C#, .NET) and front-end frameworks (Angular)

·       Solid understanding and practical application of software engineering practices (Unit testing, TDD, CI/CD, SOLID, BDD).

·       Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microservices architectures.

·       Experience with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.

·       Proven ability to work as part of an Agile delivery team.

·       Excellent communication and team working skills.

·       Ability to analyse and solve complex problems effectively.

·       Knowledge of DBMS and operating systems.

·       Familiarity with IDEs and debugging tools.

·       Knowledge of customer domain and sub domain where problem is solved.
