Job Title: Google Web Analytics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Google Web Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive insights from user behavior data, support digital marketing efforts, and improve overall site performance and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage Google Analytics (preferably GA4) and Google Tag Manager across websites and digital platforms. Create custom reports, dashboards, and conversion tracking to monitor key metrics and KPIs. Analyze user behavior and traffic trends to deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to identify optimization opportunities. Set up and monitor goals, events, and ecommerce tracking. Assist in A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives with data-backed recommendations. Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot tagging or reporting issues. Generate periodic performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, user funnels, and ecommerce tracking. Proficient in working with GA4, including event-based tracking and BigQuery (optional but preferred). Experience in creating dashboards using Google Data Studio or similar tools. Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and debugging skills related to tracking code. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Google Analytics Certification (GAIQ or GA4). Experience with additional analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics). Familiarity with SEO, SEM, or other digital marketing channels is a plus.
