Salesforce Development: Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Classes, Scheduled Jobs Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Pages Process Automation: Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Auto-Launched, Screen Flows) Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, Lightning Record Pages Salesforce Administration: Reports, Dashboards, Security Model, Data Model Integration Experience: REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware connectivity Cloud Experience: Hands-on with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Development Best Practices: Trigger frameworks, reusable code, deployment practices Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Dev 1) – Mandatory Salesforce App Builder – Mandatory

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) Exposure to Agent Force and Data Cloud Understanding of Salesforce Release Management and Feature Adoption Familiarity with Salesforce Platform Developer II (Dev 2) Additional Certifications: JavaScript Developer I Sales Cloud Consultant / Service Cloud Consultant AI Associate, Data Cloud, or Agentforce Specialist – Latest certifications are a plus UI/UX awareness and building custom UI components Ability to work with onsite/offshore models and multiple stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce Customize Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Flows, and Dynamic Forms Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Build reports, dashboards, and maintain custom UI components Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, UAT, and production support Stay updated on Salesforce releases and adopt relevant new features
