Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and migrate data within Pardot, including integration with the Salesforce Connector. Lead client engagements by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and contributing to statements of work. Communicate project progress and outcomes effectively to client stakeholders. Deliver user training sessions and drive adoption of Pardot across client teams. Design, execute, and monitor automated marketing campaigns via email and web, offering strategic optimization advice. Demonstrate a strong grasp of marketing KPIs, including email performance and conversion metrics. Build and manage Pardot assets such as automation workflows, email templates, landing pages, and forms. Ensure seamless integration between Pardot and Salesforce CRM for accurate data flow and campaign tracking. Develop and maintain segmentation strategies, dynamic lists, and lead scoring models. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define campaign goals and enhance lead nurturing efforts. Analyse campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Ensure all marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pardot functionality and integrations. Stay current with updates and best practices across Pardot and Salesforce platforms.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pardot Developer. Strong background in Salesforce CRM and its integration with Pardot. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing emails and landing pages. Successfully completed at least two Pardot implementations At least 3 years’ experience working hands-on with Pardot, Certified Pardot Specialist Certified Pardot Consultant At least 3 years B2B marketing experience, ideally at agency level Familiarity with non-native Pardot integrations (e.g. On24) Experience using the Pardot API to integrate third-party systems.
