Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience Range: 3 - 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enhance functionality for Dynamics 365 CRM applications (Sales/Service modules) Customization of Dynamics 365 CRM (both client and server-side) using JavaScript, C#, and .NET Design and develop REST APIs and ensure smooth integration of Dynamics 365 with external systems Perform data migration using tools or Dynamics features Manage server administration and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM applications Bug fixes and troubleshooting of application-related issues Conduct code reviews and provide approval for deployment Lead architecture discussions and participate in solution reviews Prepare application demonstrations and walkthroughs for stakeholders Technology and product knowledge of Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies Requirement Gathering & Analysis for understanding business needs Solution Design & Architecture for developing scalable and maintainable applications Configuration Management including coding, configuration/customization, code migration, and unit testing
Must-Have Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience (Sales or Service modules) Customization & Extension of Dynamics 365 CRM using client-side technologies like JavaScript, web resources, etc. Server-Side Customization using C# and .NET assemblies Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Angular.js, React.js Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, AJAX Experience in developing REST APIs and integrating external systems through REST APIs (with and without middleware) Server administration and deployment for MS CRM applications Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS, etc. Experience with Power Apps and Data migration through tools or Dynamics features Microsoft Azure services experience (e.g., Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus) Agile Methodology familiarityGood-to-Have Skills:
Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud-based services for CRM application management Experience with DevOps tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) Knowledge of CRM integration with third-party applications Experience with Power Automate for process automation Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD)
