Job Description: SAP ABAP Developer / ERP CRM Specialist

Exp :- 3 - 6 Years

Must Have Skills:

Strong experience in SAP ABAP development including ALE/IDOC and Web Services

Proficient in SAP MDM (Master Data Management) concepts and activities

Solid understanding of ERP/CRM cloud platform features and automation

Ability to debug, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve production issues

Experience with test data preparation and execution for unit, integration, and production testing

Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to explain and communicate technical design and development to customers

Experience in managing configuration steps such as sandbox refresh activities

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with data loading tools and production deployment activities

Knowledge of coding best practices and software quality standards

Ability to advise on best practices and solutions to both team and client

Proactive approach to learning new technologies related to ERP/CRM

Experience in researching and troubleshooting complex production system issues

Exposure to embedded software component development

Ability to estimate effort and time required for own work
