Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and administer software engineering applications such as GitHub, Artifactory, Jira, and Confluence.

Work with project teams to optimize Jira/Confluence setup and workflows.
Resolve user issues, handle tickets, and respond to support requests via Slack channels and emails.
Collaborate with the IT team for major upgrades, data migrations, and plugin selection.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Monitor server usage and maintain system integrity in collaboration with the DevOps team.
Establish and promote best practices for the usage of project management tools.
Administer user permissions and security settings across all tools.
Conduct training sessions and provide guidance on tool usage and standard processes.
Troubleshoot server/application issues, escalating to vendors as necessary.
Perform RCA for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to track project progress and team productivity.
