Role Proficiency:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mainframe Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mainframe technologies and a solid understanding of database and job control systems. Experience with modern integrations such as z/OS Connect and WebSphere MQ is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and support mainframe-based applications and systems.

Work with ISPF/PDF to navigate and manage datasets.

Write and optimize SQL queries for DB2 and manage VSAM datasets.

Develop and debug JCL scripts and manage job scheduling using OPCE.

Use SELCOPY / Syncsort for data manipulation and processing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.

Contribute to performance tuning, system upgrades, and enhancements.

Qualifications:
