In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes. Implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using advanced automation tools. Troubleshoot and fix major bugs/defects and assist junior developers in making sure issues/requests are resolved appropriately and on time. Introduce and test new technologies to continuously improve the technical capabilities of the team relating to RPA and other automation tools (Noetix, Robocorp, etc.). Create automation sequences (code creation) that will support a specific task or process, including (but not limited to) Office 365, Excel macros, RPA, and other Emerson IT-approved automation tool standards, with a heavy emphasis of their time invested in RPA development.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar. 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the software development field, tools, and process automation. Proficient in automation tools and platforms, including Office 365 applications (Flow, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams). Deep knowledge of Integrated Administrative and Productivity Tools. Hands-on troubleshooting and response experience. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Our Culture & Commitment to You
