The Developer II, Application Systems ensures efforts are in alignment with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to simplify people’s lives. This role is responsible for development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes within the framework of various enterprise systems such as Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, K2 as well as other vendor purchased applications used at Navitus. The role of the Developer II, Application Systems will be responsible for creating technical specifications from business requirements, developing reusable web and database code components, and integrating with third party applications, code, and APIs. This role will also drive citizen development with the application framework. This individual will work directly with business users to develop requirements ensuring the business needs are met.

Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processesWork with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application developmentSupport change control and testing processes for modifications to application systemsResearch and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needsIdentify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scaleDevelop and maintain documentation of custom processesProvide backup administration support to other ASA teammatesProvide after-hours supportOther duties as assigned Qualifications

Associate college degree or University degree in the field of computer science or 5 years equivalent work experienceKnowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniquesSystem analysis and design principlesHands on enterprise application troubleshooting experienceProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesK2 5, Dynamics CRM and/or SharePoint development and support experience preferredWorking knowledge of developing reusable web and database code components using C#, ASP.NET, XML and/or SQL, and integrating with third party applications, code, and APIs preferredWorking technical knowledge of Windows Operating systems preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft/Oracle database concepts preferredWorking knowledge of process automation preferredWorking knowledge of Agile Project Methodology preferredExperience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information preferredKnowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC preferredParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
