The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. Summary

We are part of the Cloud & Lifecycle Management organization and we make the automation of delivering the whole portfolio of SAP Software to our customers, also we automate the process on update/upgrade and decommission of our software. We work with the various technologies and we have solutions both in Cloud and On-Premise.

SL Operation Controller Team is the key enabler for the functionality that deploys SAP software on ECS and partner hyperscalers like Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform

 

What you’ll do

· Design, develop, deliver and support required features and services

· Ensure high quality of development and support activities

· Ensure smooth collaboration with involved parties from all over the world

· Actively participating in all related discussions within the team, organization and company

· Work in an agile team applying Scrum, agile development practices and DevOps, thus contributing to team goals, requiring the flexibility and the ability to work on different topics

 

What you bring

If you are covering following requirements, you will be a perfect fit to our team:

· Excellent knowledge in Go

· Experience building RESTful APIs

· Excellent theoretical and practical background in OOP, data structures, design patterns, algorithms

· Use and knowledge of common build tools, repositories and CD/CI tooling, experience in test automation

· Easily adapting to change and learning quickly in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent team player, self-motivated, passionate about technology

· Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies for software and service development

· Bachelor’s degree (Master is a plus) in Computer Science or similar field

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English

It has responsibility for providing seamless customer experience in software lifecycle operations in Cloud and on-premise environment. This solution will allow our customers to deploy productively SAP software on IaaS in an automatic and easy way, in order to meet their business needs.
