Kforce has a client that is seeking a Developer in New York, NY. Summary: In this role, you will support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions. You will design, develop, test, and document technical components and integrations to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: * Developer will deliver full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Compensation, Recruiting) * Develop and troubleshoot using HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP/OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, and VBCS * Build integrations using OIC and SOAP/REST web services * Write and debug complex SQL and PL/SQL queries * Create technical specifications for customizations, interfaces, and reports * Conduct code reviews, testing, and defect resolution * As a Developer, you will document changes for maintenance and training purposes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving requirements * Evaluate new technologies and contribute to process improvements
