**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience in QI Scaler QI Designer Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not require travel. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain applications using QI Scaler QI Designer Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications. + Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and testing. + Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment. + Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications. + Optimize application performance and scalability. + Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Implement best practices for software development and ensure adherence to company standards. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. + Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers. + Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet deadlines. + Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in QI Scaler QI Designer Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. + Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. + Demonstrate experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code. + Display strong communication and teamwork skills. + Have the ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing environments. + Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies. + Show experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. + Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills. + Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. + Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Show a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices. **Certifications Required** Quadient Inspire Certification QI Scaler Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
