**Job Summary** 3+ years IT experience and 2+ years of GW experience should be able to lead a small team/POD good communication skills preference to have GW certifications and should have hands on experience in GW-Policy Center experience in other centers as well can be added advantage. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain Guidewire applications to support business requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire applications. + Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews. + Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment. + Create and maintain technical documentation for Guidewire applications. + Implement and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter to meet business needs. + Work closely with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. + Perform unit testing and support system integration testing. + Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Guidewire and Property & Casualty Insurance. + Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in Insurance + Guidewire Guidewire + PolicyCenter and Guidewire. + Demonstrate a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Show proficiency in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. + Have strong communication and collaboration skills. + Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
