**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in GIS Development and customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cesium JS OpenLayers Smallworld - Magik and other related technologies. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help us achieve our goals. **Responsibilities** + Develop and customize GIS applications using Cesium JS OpenLayers and Smallworld + Magik. + Implement AUD HxGN NetWorks and 3-GIS customizations to meet project requirements. + Utilize ArcFM ArcGIS Mobile SDK and ArcGIS JavaScript for application development. + Leverage ArcGIS Experience Builder and ArcGIS Pro Customization for creating user-friendly interfaces. + Perform GIS Development tasks ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions. + Integrate FME and Oracle Spatial into GIS applications for enhanced functionality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver solutions. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GIS applications. + Maintain and update existing GIS applications to ensure optimal performance. + Document all development processes and customizations for future reference. + Stay updated with the latest GIS technologies and trends to bring innovative solutions. + Ensure all projects are completed within the stipulated time frame and budget. + Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality GIS solutions. **Qualifications** + Must have experience in Cesium JS OpenLayers + Customization and Smallworld + Magik. + Must be proficient in AUD + Customization HxGN NetWorks + Customization and 3-GIS + Customization. + Must have expertise in ArcFM + Customization ArcGIS Mobile SDK and ArcGIS JavaScript. + Must be skilled in ArcGIS Experience Builder ArcGIS Pro Customization and GIS Development. + Must have experience with FME and Oracle Spatial. + Nice to have domain skill experience in Finance & Accounting. + Must be able to work in a hybrid model with a day shift. **Certifications Required** Certified GIS Professional (GISP) Esri Technical Certification FME Certified Professional Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
