We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, including designing and implementing complex workflows, custom applications, integrations, and supporting platform enhancements. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that align with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and workflowsDevelop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID ServersParticipate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentationOptimize performance and ensure the stability and scalability of the platformSupport release and change management processes within ServiceNowProvide troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow incidents and enhancementsStay current with new ServiceNow features and best practices and proactively recommend improvementsQUALIFICATIONS
SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Catalog, and WorkflowExperience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow’s proprietary scripting environmentsProficient in Integration Hub, web services (REST/SOAP), and data transformationExperience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scoped ApplicationsSolid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – requiredServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist – preferredEXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of ITSM, CSDM, CMDB best practices, and DiscoveryExposure to Now Experience UI Framework or Service Portal developmentExperience supporting multi-sector or multi-instance environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEDUCATION/DESIGNATIONS/LICENSES:
