Our Customer Analytics & Data Strategy team is looking for someone experienced in data visualization to develop dashboards according to best practices. We are looking for someone passionate about data, curious and resourceful to support our Marketing teams. Your sense of initiative and innovation, as well as your concern for providing a good user experience will lead you to develop dashboards, performance indicators, and decision support tools to facilitate the access to information. In addition to having an overview of Marketing data, you will use all Web and Media data and work with the technical experts responsible for their management.

You will have the chance to benefit from a variety of expertise to support you in your work, improve your knowledge and develop your expertise. You will also be asked on occasion by your colleagues to help in the production of reports, analyses on a multitude of marketing subjects, and to collaborate on larger-scale projects.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations.
Identify, gather, and validate relevant data sources to support dashboard development.
Partner with data engineers and technical experts to ensure data integration, quality, and governance.
Proactively monitor and investigate data anomalies, ensuring ongoing data reliability through data validation and quality assurance.
Maintain documentation, including data dictionaries and user guides.
Prepare and deliver training materials and sessions to help end users effectively interpret and leverage dashboards.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
3–4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or dashboard development.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Intelligence, Data Science, Marketing, or similar).
Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling; comfortable with end-to-end report development.
Excellent understanding of visualization best practices.
Proven experience with Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau, Looker); strong command of DAX is a plus.
Experience with SQL and working with relational databases; BigQuery is an asset.
Familiarity media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM, Sprout) and platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Yahoo!) is an asset.
Knowledge of key media performance metrics and marketing attribution concepts.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Collaborative mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
