As a DevOps Engineer with a focus on operations (OPS), you play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our mission-critical applications. You’ll be part of a dynamic team where your expertise in monitoring, incident resolution, lifecycle management, and automation makes a real difference for millions of customers worldwide.

Practical examplesAnalyzing and resolving production issues to ensure operational continuity.Proactively monitoring system health and performance using tools like PowerBI and custom monitoring solutions.Executing key testing activities, including Security Testing, Disaster Recovery Testing, and High Availability Testing.Supporting lifecycle management and addressing vulnerabilities.Automating maintenance tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.Releasing new software deliveries across all environments in the landscape.Managing capacity and configuration across systems.Supporting infrastructure changes, including hardware, middleware, and network connections.Contributing to the team with a T-shaped mindset—supporting tasks beyond your core responsibilities.

Top responsibilities

Ensure operational continuity & compliance of the TCSBaNCS GSP application by monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and aligning with regulatory and security standards. Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure changes, scripting, and tooling. Collaborate across roles and phases, from refining technical input for the Product Owner to supporting testing, architectural changes, and leading during high-priority incidents.

You & your talent3–8 years of experience with DevOps tools and technologies such as Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. We are looking for 2 colleagues (one more junior, one more senior to join the team).Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Shell, YAML).Proven experience in high-availability, mission-critical environments.Deep operational knowledge of technologies like Java, Linux, Oracle, WebSphere, MQ, JMS, Kong API Gateway, and network infrastructure.Solid understanding of security practices, including SSL, certificate management, and digital signing.Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and lifecycle management.Professional proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
