NTT DATA's Client is seeking a DevOps Engineer (Hybrid) to develop and implement conversational AI solutions: Design, build, and deploy chatbots and virtual assistants for banking use cases. Job Info: + Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines. Ensure automation in the deployment process and minimize manual intervention. + Collaborate with development teams to streamline coding, testing, and deployment procedures. Ensure alignment between development and operations for seamless product delivery. + Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure security, identifying and resolving potential risks promptly. + Automate routine infrastructure management and configuration tasks, reducing human error and enhancing efficiency. + Work closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, ensuring system reliability and continuous availability. + Automate processes to gain efficiency and quality. + Administer and monitor different environments and health systems. + Manage and configure cloud infrastructure services. + Help create automations on version control systems and backup operations. + Help troubleshooting issues during testing and provide production launch support. Skills Required: + Overall 7+ years of experience. + Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. + Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes. + Experience with GIT based code repositories. + 3 years of professional AI work experience required + Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) + Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, ELK stack). + Excellent skills in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Shell, Bash, or Ruby. + Ability to manage configuration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet. + Experience in DevOps, system administration, or related fields. + Proficiency in using monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
