Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Desktop Technician Lead, Operations** to join their team **onsite** in Akron, OH and provide end-user support. **Duties and Responsibilities** **:** + Provide operations leadership and support for deskside support technicians, including scheduling and monitoring tickets using the client provided ServiceNow/ITNow tool + Follow best practice to optimize efficiency and effectiveness call routing using the client provided tool + Assist with daily agent ticket load balancing due to skillset and geography + Produce daily operation reports and share with Agents and leadership **Skills and Qualifications** **:** + Strong Microsoft Office tools knowledge, including Excel, Word, and Power Point + ServiceNow Ticketing system knowledge + Strong organizational skills + Great verbal and written communication skills + IT Desktop Support experience a plus **Wage Range** : The rate for this position is between **$24.00 - $38.50 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. **Benefits** **:** The Company offers a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability plans, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays (up to 6 days annually), paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually), paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually), 401(k), FSA/HSA pre-tax benefits.
