We are currently seeking a Desktop Support-Windows operating system to join our team in Whippany, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US). Job Requirement: + Performs troubleshooting parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers. + Uses advanced tools /technical knowledge to remediate client problems and conduct scheduled installations. + Provides technical feedback on technical process issues to improve overall service delivery. + Proficient in Windows operating system environment. + Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems. + Willing to respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions + Strong client service skills. + Must have reliable personal transportation (automobile) Basic Qualifications: + 2-4 years of relevant experience. + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. + A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required. + Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
