**Perks:**
· Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**
· Use ServiceNow to document all work performed and manage ticket flow (50–75 tickets/week)
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows and Mac endpoints using tools like AutoPilot, Intune, and Jamf
· Provision and deploy hardware/software, and assist with IT gear setup and replacement
· Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users and coordinate with IT teams to meet SLAs
**Requirements:**
· 3+ years in a fast-paced desktop support role with high ticket volume
· Experience with ServiceNow, Intune, Jamf, VPN, Office365, Active Directory, and collaboration tools
· Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to prioritize workload independently
· High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant work history preferred

**Pay Details:** $32.43 per hour
