Desktop Support Technician

CTG is assisting a client in the mid-south in staffing potential upcoming Desktop Support Technician Level roles.
Job Location: Nashville, TN onsite
_Client Build aspect:_
· Image desktops and laptops with Office 365 and other software as needed
· Resolve any image issues
· Load end user software and other tools
· Validate the build
_End User Support:_
· Respond to customer help calls, troubleshooting end user device issues
· Map and troubleshoot printers, network drives, etc. as necessary
· Validate with the user that the issue has been resolved. Escalate issues as needed.
**Actions and Results:**
· Assist with laptop deployment, M365 support, zebra printer, medical lab devices and end user support as needed
· Maintain effective communication with customer
· Maintain computer hardware components as required
· Inventory of equipment
**Technology/Skills:**
· Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, software, and operating systems
· Experience working and meeting SLA agreements
· Experience following clients escalation procedures
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
· Knowledge of PC images and operational programs
· Basic knowledge of workstation backups and restores
· Solid communication skills – communicate with all levels of the organization
· A+ Certification preferred
· Familiarity with M365 troubleshooting
