Desktop Support Technician
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support contractor to join a large retail client in New York City. This contractor will be responsible for helping resolve tickets on the desktop team. They will be troubleshooting level 2 issues, password resets, programs not working, connecting to video conferences and overall windows based issues. They will sit alongside a team of 3, supporting around 30 tickets a day. This role will be onsite five days a week supporting 3 locations in Manhattan daily between 34th street, 25th street and 5th Ave locations. This will start out as a 6 month contract and then move into a permanent role after.
