As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication abilities, and excellent time management skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst** **Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)** **What's the Job?** + Beginner knowledge on Active Directory and Group Policy. + Hands-on experience with Windows and iOS corporate devices. + Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve incidents and execute change tickets. + Expertise in business and common application installation (e.g., Microsoft, third-party tools, enterprise applications). + Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. **What's Needed?** + 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Desktop Family Operating Systems (Win 7/10). + Beginner knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy. + Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components such as servers, network devices, and cloud components. + Very good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills. + Effective time management, team handling, and organizational skills.
