Required Skills:
5+ years of experience with Desktop support is required
Must be able to solve issues over the phone and in person
Must have strong customer service skills
Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues is required
Must be able to support PC's and MAC's
Experience with SCCM is a plus
Must have strong Windows OS experience
Experience with Windows 11 is required
Experience with Citrix and building VDI's is highly desired but not required
Experience with Active Directory is a plus
Experience with PC and laptop refreshes is a plus
Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize requests
Experience working within a ticketing system is required
Must take initiative and have ability and desire to learn
Experience supporting user and operating system issues required
