Key Responsibilities:
Review, triage, resolve, and close tickets in the ServiceNow queue in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate and arrange repairs with vendors, OEMs, and external repair facilities as needed. Perform hardware and software moves, adds, and changes (MACs) for all endpoint devices. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring thorough follow-up until full resolution. Install and troubleshoot software and system-related issues across a variety of equipment. Identify root causes of technical problems and recommend appropriate solutions or preventive measures.
