•Perform patch management, including deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of security updates for Windows and third-party applications through SCCM and Intune
•Identify and resolve patching-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on system performance and security.
•Provide end-user support, addressing issues related to patch failures, security updates, and system performance.
•Troubleshoot and fix driver-related issues affecting system stability and hardware functionality.
•Manage and resolve AD Group Policy Object (GPO) issues, ensuring proper enforcement of security and system policies.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
•Work closely with security and IT teams to implement best practices for patching and vulnerability management.
