Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Desktop Analyst** to join their team **onsite** in Atlanta, GA, and will provide support for all end-user technology. **Duties and Responsibilities** **:** + Support and resolve incidents with desktops, laptops, tablets, cell phones, and handheld devices + Walk-up support, taking calls from field personnel, and working in a ticketing system + Support Windows 95% and Macbooks 5% + Support for handheld Zebra scanners and tablets and other hardware + Procure, configure, and deploy end user technology as appropriate to support business needs + Track assets as they progress through the hardware life cycle **Skills and Qualifications** **:** + Experience with Intune, ServiceNow, Active Directory, ADManager plus + Experience with MS Teams and Kaseya, will be used for remote support + Strong customer service orientation and communication skills required + Audio / visual equipment support experience is a plus for this role (Not required) **Wage Range** : The hourly rate for this position is between **$24.00 - $38.50 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. **Benefits** **:** The Company offers a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability plans, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays (up to 6 days annually), paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually), paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually), 401(k), FSA/HSA pre-tax benefits.
