Our client is currently seeking a qualified Migration **Deskside Support Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Overland Park, KS and provide end-user support for a 6 month project with possible extension
**Duties and Responsibilities** **:**
+ Migrating from: Intune Tenant, Mailboxes, OneDrive, Teams Phones, etc. and migration to: Client AERO M365, SharePoint, Office Printers, User Data, etc.
**Skills and Qualifications** **:**
+ Minimum 3 + years of experience supporting end users during large migrations.
+ Experience supporting Office PC, Teams, Phones, and Printers
+ Experience providing break-fix duties, IMAC (Install, Moves, Adds, and Changes)
+ Experience packaging and shipping equipment.
+ Inventory equipment experience.
+ Must have appropriate customer service mindset, demeanor, patience, and technical ability and understanding to support employees during separation project to include employees of various technical ability.
+ Provide follow up support for end-users after migration.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Able to stand long periods of time and walk to desks.
+ ServiceNow ticketing system experience is a plus.
+ CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus (not required)
**Wage Range** :
The hourly rate for this position is between **$24.60-26.45/per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
