Knowledge and Hands on experience in End User Devices Desktops, Laptops & Virtual Machine, Intune, SCCM and basic of Azure fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Desktop Administration, Field Services, and Desktop Management with a focus on Landesk. This role involves handling and optimizing geospatial data systems to support our companys strategic initiatives. **Responsibilities:** + Manage and optimize Endpoint Operations to ensure flawless functionality and security. + Supervise CITRIX environments to provide reliable and efficient virtual desktop solutions. + Implement and maintain Desktop Management using SCCM to streamline software deployment and updates. + Apply Device Management Intune to handle and secure mobile devices across the organization. + Provide Field Services support to address and resolve hardware and software issues on-site. + Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business needs. + Monitor system performance and solve issues to maintain high availability and reliability. + Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance system security and efficiency. + Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. + Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance their productivity. Lead projects related to IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements. + Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements **Certifications Required** ITSM Related certifications **Salary and Other Compensation** Applications will be accepted until May 8, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $37,000 to $68,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
