WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Designers are exceptional team players, focused on execution. They work under the direction of the creative lead and alongside producers and narrators. They are master executors when it comes to design and are familiar working across several mediums including art direction, moving image, graphic, and spatial design. They deliver holistic design solutions across all appropriate channels. They have a passion for creativity and are committed to staying up to date with current and future trends and technology.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Work with the Art Director and Sr. Designer, Studio team to develop innovative and original creative storytelling that supports original retail environments, both seasonal and 365.
- As you help to craft storytelling and the art direction, uphold excellence, ambition, and team spirit.
- Deliver best-in-class storyboarding, graphic design, photography, video content, digital, and experience design in service of the category, retail & consumer.
- Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, designers, spatial designers, and external studios.
- Help craft art direction and the best expression for our brand across digital and physical, ensuring design approach and content is always on-brand, diverse, contemporary, desirable, and within agreed budgets.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, and technology as relevant to the design team.
- Ensure all projects are well-planned, creatively exceptional, and delivered on-time.
- Review project work for highest standards of quality, consistency, and success.
- Can-do attitude with proven ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining creative quality.

You will collaborate with internal and external design teams to complete multiple projects by using design processes and practices to ensure the creative intent, design results, timelines, and budgets are met.

Skills and Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum of 3-4 years of brand design, art direction, and graphic design experience demonstrating creative sophistication in concepts and design/visual communications.
- A passion for the Athlete, Sport, and Culture.
- Solid portfolio of creative work, exhibiting a seasoned background in digital and editorial design.
- Great knowledge and expertise in all aspects of layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital production, and publishing across editorial formats and platforms.
- Thorough understanding of todays media landscape and how people engage with content, with in-depth knowledge of interactive communication, processes, and user-interface design for digital products.
- Ability to collaborate with and partner with freelance design talent.
- Ability to lead team efforts while also working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities.
- A solutions-oriented mentality with proven ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining creative quality.
- Laser-sharp focus with ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Strong time management with ability to toggle between daily and long-term tasks, keeping a high volume of workstreams moving forward simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills; adept at presenting and defending creative work.
- Strong interpersonal skills with natural ability to foster cross-functional teamwork and an open, positive, and collaborative environment.
- Innate curiosity and in-depth understanding of design culture, current and past.
- Astute attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills in service of your creative projects.
- Experience across O2O environments, with ability to bridge a connection between business needs, creative vision, and consumer interests.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with proactive approach to identifying and acting on ways to improve the work, continually pushing the vision forward.
- Retail industry experience with motion, 3D, and Illustration ability, preferred.
- Comfortable in creative tools such as Keynote.
- A sense of humor and a positive spirit.
SKILLS
Creative Direction, Art Direction, Concept, 2D, 3D, Storyboarding, Graphic Design, Environmental, Interactive, Print, Retail.
Must have: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote.
Nice to have: After Effects, Premiere, Miro, Figma, SketchUp, and Unreal Engine. null
