Job Summary

Responsible for the design work for bakery, bar and confectionery.

How you will contribute and lead:

Evaluate the collection flavor and select the right flavor solution, propose to sales and customers in compliance with client profile, legal, cost & stability requirements.Prepare and lead client’s technical presentation and visit clients to present  flavor solutions.Work in a close collaboration with account managers, flavorist, marketing, sensory and other departments to support the project execution.Administrate internal system/tasks related to projects briefs, and keep daily record of laboratory work and results.

What you will need to be successful:

Min. 7-10 years’ experience in bakery and confectionery industry. Pass internal IFF sensory test.Minimum entry level is a University/College Degree in Food Science and Technology or related discipline(such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Human Nutrition) Prefer MS degreeSelf-starter and able to work in a cross functional team environment.The ability to learn and be flexible in a rapidly changing business environmentPositive winning team attitude
